Queen’s visit to affect traffic

BANGALORE: Traffic is likely to be affected in some parts of the city on Friday and Saturday during the visit of Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands.
According to a press release from the police, on Friday traffic is likely to be affected on Airport Road (between 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.); Airport Road, Indiranagar 100 Foot Road, Trinity Church Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Dickenson Road, Cubbon Road, Raj Bhavan Road, Legislators’ Home Road and Race Course Road (between 2.30 p.m. and 4 p.m.). Traffic restrictions will be in place between 2.30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Race Course Road, T. Chowdiah Road and Raj Bhavan Road.
On Saturday, traffic is likely to be affected on Airport Road, Indiranagar 100-Foot Road, Koramangala 80-Foot Road, Koramangala Inner Ring Road, Sarjapur Road, Hosur Road and Electronics City Road (between 8 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.).
Traffic curbs will be imposed between noon and 1.30 p.m. in Electronics City Main Road, Hosur Road, 80 and 100 Foot Roads Koramangala, Inner Ring Road, Indiranagar 100 Foot Road and Airport Road.
