Arrested for robbery

NEW DELHI: Two young men have been arrested by the East Delhi police for allegedly robbing an India Tourism Development Corporation employee of his cash and mobile phone.

Lalit Agarwal of Shahdara lodged a complaint with the police saying that two young men robbed him of his purse containing Rs. 5,000 in cash, driving licence and a mobile phone while he was returning home from IGI Airport on October 18. Investigation led to the arrest of Nishar (20) and Nizamuddin (22) near Noli railway crossing on Wednesday evening.
