BANGALORE: Accountant General’s Office Recreation Club beat Hindustan Machine Tools 4-1 in the State ‘B’ division hockey tournament here on Tuesday.

Purusha (42nd & 51st), Milan (44th) and Belliappa (50th) scored for AGORC, while Keerthi (ninth) scored for HMT.

Madras Engineering Group (Boys) registered a 2-0 win over Sree Hanuman Blessings (Gadag) with Uday Bara (36th & 42nd) scoring a brace.

In another match, Mysore District Hockey Association beat Rangers 2-1. Vachan (15th) and Rajendra Swamy (43rd) scored for MDHA. Shahnawaz (12th) was on target for Rangers. — Special Correspondent
