LPG gas stoves distributed

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Minister for Backward Classes Welfare, K.K.S.S.R. Ramachandran, distributed free colour television sets to 498 beneficiaries of Muthandiyapuram in Vembakottai panchayat union on Tuesday. At a function, he also gave away cooking gas stoves with gas cylinder connection to 10 persons.

The Collector, V. Chandrasekaran, said that a total of 63,818 television sets and 7,666 gas stoves had been given so far.
