School teacher held

NEW DELHI: A 37-year-old school teacher was arrested at Sant Nagar here on charges of criminally assaulting a girl.

Both the victim and the teacher are visually impaired. The accused, Rajendra Prasad Gupta, taught at a school in Sant Nagar. According to the police, the accused had allegedly molested the girl last December and criminally assaulted her again this January in the school premises. He threatened her with dire consequences if she narrated the incident to anyone.
