Meenakshi, Guruprasad to lead State teams
BANGALORE: B.R. Meenakshi and D. Guruprasad will lead Karnataka’s challenge in the South Zone inter-State badminton championship to be held at Puducherry from September 27 to 29.
Karnataka men are the champion for the last two years.
The teams: Men: S.D.S. Krishna, Mohit Kamat, D. Guruprasad, Vineet Manuel, Arun Vishnu, B.S. Phalgun and Abhijit Naimpally.
Women: B.R. Meenakshi, Ashwini Ponappa, V. Ruth Misha, G.M. Nischitha.
Boys: Adithya R. Prakash, Prakash Jolly, Dhruv Shanbag, Darshan Kulkarni.
Girls: Jacqueline Kunnath, Uttara Prakash, Sayali Melgave, Adfa Taqui.
Coaches: M.S. Nagarjuna and U. Vinod.
