Ashwin Sundar finishes ninth

CHENNAI: Local lad Ashwin Sundar, racing for German team Ma Con Motor Sports, finished ninth and 13th in the two races of the fifth round of the Formula ADAC Volkswagen Masters recently.

Held at the Sachscnring Moto GP circuit in Germany, the races took place under a constant drizzle.

“I could have done better if it was a dry race, but I am happy to have experienced racing in wet conditions,” Ashwin said later.
