Two lorry drivers killed

VELLORE: A vegetable lorry driver and the vehicle’s spare driver were killed on the spot when the vehicle hit the rear of a brick-laden lorry near Kolkata Kali Koil in Kaveripakkam on the Chennai-Bangalore National Highway on Saturday. The dead were identified as R. Thyagarajan alias Thyaga of Vadakku Lakshmipuram in Manapparai, Tiruchi district, and Shanmugam of Naduvattam in Gudalur taluk, Nilgiris district.
