Haridas Softech launches portal
HYDERABAD: Haridas Softech, a Hyderabad-based IT start-up company and a subsidiary of Haridas Softech LLC, US, has launched a vertical medical portal.
The Managing Director of Haridas Softech, Mr. Sanjay Haridas, addressing a news conference, said www-hyddoctors.com as also its earlier business-to-customer (B2C) store, www.haridas.com, have gained popularity among NRIs as reliable and economical.
Mr. Haridas said the medical portal provides a host of features and information nodes. The focus of the site is educational. The portal seeks to bridge the gap between the medical community and the general populace.

Satyam Info ties up with Carlson Wagonlit
CHENNAI: Satyam Infoway has tied up with AFL Indtravels, the Indian affiliate of Carlson Wagonlit Inc, to offer online travel services.
The arrangement will allow customers to avail of online air travel, hotel and car hire services on the Indian Internet company's portal, www.satyamonline.com.
The site will offer air bookings using the flight search facility of Amadeus GDS (Global Distribution Service), hotel bookings at 300 hotels in 80 cities and towns and car hire services in all major cities.
Aztec, Electron Economy pact
BANGALORE: Aztec Software has tied up with Cupertino-based Electron Economy to offer an open infrastructure for clients, which will revolutionise e-commerce operations by linking producers, manufacturers, distributors, logistics companies and customer su
