NSE suspends trading in 6 scrips
MUMBAI: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday announced suspension of trading equity shares of six companies until further notice for non-compliance of the provisions of listing agreement executed with the exchange.
The six companies are: Allied Resins and Chemicals Ltd, Nath Seeds Ltd, Blue Blends Ltd, Premier Polyfilms Ltd, Krishna Engineering Works and Chemox Laboratories Ltd.
An exchange release said that a show-cause notice was sent to these companies seeking reasons for non-compliance of provisions of listing agreement including annual disclosure as required under SEBI Regulations, 1997, information regrading compliance off
icer etc.
As the companies failed to provide satisfactory response to the show-cause notice, NSE decided to suspend trading with effect from July 5.
On demat mode: Equity shares of SIEL Ltd, Zandu Pharma Works Ltd will be available for trading on the capital market segment of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) from June 21.
An exchange release said that trading in the equity shares of Information Technologies India Ltd (ITIL) shall be restarted with effect from June 21, in compulsory demat segment for all investors following the completion of process of face value of equity
shares from Rs. 10 to Rs. 5. -- Our Bureau
