Silverline: Near-term NYSE effect
THE completion of the American Depository Shares' offering by Silverline Industries and the listing of the stock on the New York Stock Exchange may lead to some short-term upside and trading interest in the stock.
The completion of ADS offering may improve cash flow position and also give the company better visibility on account of the NYSE listing. The company has raised $125 millions at $25 per ADS. Some near-term interest in the stock appears likely. -- BL Rese
