Ma Foi launches human resources portal array

CHENNAI, June 23

The city-based Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd today launched an integrated human resources portal array, www.mafoi.com.

The Ma Foi Managing Director, Mr. K. Pandia Rajan, told presspersons that the portal array integrated career, training, compensation and testing which catered to various segments.

Ma Foi has signed an MoU with the Singapore-based jobstreet.com, which is one of the largest job portals in Asia. Jobstreet will be the career channel on the Ma Foi portal array. According to the MoU, Jobstreet will be Ma Foi's online recruitment channel for permanent manpower needs and the latter will be Jobstreet's on-the-ground recruitment partner, he said.

Among the channels on the portal, the career partnership scheme will provide candidates with online and offline support by career mentors and guidance on planning and human resource development.

Flexicareer will provide an exclusive online platform for those looking for flexible terms of employment. This involves job sharing, working on part time basis and contracts.

TrainingHorizon is a meeting ground for providers, seekers and facilitators of training.

CompclubIndia will be an India-centric channel that will offer companies and individuals a benchmark for compensation practices. It will also offer services in structuring and redesigning compensation.

According to a statement, the company has announced a 1:1 bonus issue. The company had earlier declared a 20 per cent dividend for 1999-2000.
