JET Airways has linked Tirupati with Hyderabad with a daily flight from July 1. According to a press release, the airline would be using a Turbo-Prop ATR 72-500 on this sector.

SATYAM Infoway Ltd (Sify) has changed the settlement pattern of the IndiaWorld Communications Pvt. Ltd. deal. Against the all-cash deal announced earlier, it will be a cash plus stock settlement now. Under the changed structure, Mr. Rajesh Jain, promoter of IndiaWorld, will get equity shares of Sify which are not listed on any exchange.

Satyam gets payment from GSIC
HYDERABAD: Satyam Computer Services Ltd has received full payment against the sale of 1.6 per cent stake of local shares of Satyam Infoway Ltd (SIFY) to the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pvt Ltd (GSIC). The pre-tax realisation from this sale of 3,47,200 equity shares of SIFY to GSIC amounts to $49.3 millions, according to a company release here on Monday. -Our Bureau

UNIT Trust of India today hiked dividend under its flagship scheme -- Unit Scheme 1964 (US-64) -- to 13.75 per cent (Rs. 1.375 per unit) for the year ended June 2000 as against 13.50 per cent the previous year.
