BSES: A marginal price revision

The decision of Reliance group to increase the open offer price for BSES may not lead to any sharp uptrend in the stock price of the latter.

The Reliance group has raised the price for a 20 per cent stake from Rs.234 per share to Rs.255. Since the price revision is not of a significant nature and is line with market price trends, it may not lead to any notable improvement in the valuation of the BSES stock. -- BL Research Bureau
