Xilinx opens training centre

BANGALORE: Xilinx Inc., a supplier of programmable logic solutions, and its Asia-Pacific partner, Insight, a technology partner and distributor of specialist semiconductors, on Monday announced the opening of their first training centre in Bang alore. The customer-oriented training centre will provide a wide range of training services for design engineers throughout the country.

The centre is designed to keep Indian customers updated on the latest design and development techniques for the complete range of Xilinx programmable logic solutions, said a company press release. The primary focus of the centre will be to give design en gineers complete access to low-cost, customised training courses, which will enable them to achieve the best results when using Xilinx software, it said. -- Our Bureau
