Pam Network enters into automation

GUWAHATI, July 16

BANGALORE-BASED Pam Network Ltd has ventured into e-commerce and process automation in a bid to globalise its business operations.

Mr. P.M. Prabhu, Managing Director, said here that the company had acquired significant domain expertise by dint of its experience and addition of skilled technical manpower. He said Pam's software products would be required in all engineering industries and it would cross sell in new high value added products or services such as process and workflow automation to its existing clientele.

The company, he said, had set up strong alliances with global leaders such as Cisco, Lucent, Nortel and Intel. It has also developed a search engine called EDICT (Electronic Document Image Capture and Transfer) which can be used to categorise and store t housands of documents that can have access to more than one user simultaneously to save time and physical space.
