CHENNAI: Rachita Publication, a Hyderabad-based publishing company which is also into computer training and software development, has launched Starnetmag. The English fortnightly on Internet, is available in Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. Th e magazine aims to bridge the information gap among Internet users. A press release, quoting Mr. G. Hemanth Kumar, 29, an MBA student from Shiv Shivani and the brain behind the publication, said, ``The objective of the publication is to inform, educate a nd entertain its readers about the Internet.
