Shapre in jt venture with eADvant

CHENNAI: Shapre Global Info Services Ltd, a Chennai-based software services and products company, has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with eADvant Ltd, UK.

The joint venture company, Shapre eADvant, will offer targeted advertising on the Internet, for advertisers, including market research capabilities, demographic and psychographic profiling of opt-in database, according to a company release.

It said that Shapre would provide software services using its offshore development centre in India and its global offices.

Shapre will also provide logistics and online back office support as well as multimedia capabilities for creating rich media creatives. -- Our Bureau
