Sorini chocolates in India

CHENNAI: Sorini, the chocolate brand sold in Europe, West Asia, Australia, Japan and the US, now comes to India.

Sorini S.p.A of Italy is an Italian confectionery brand, which now has an official tie-up with the Jindal Group. Under the agreement, the Jindal Group, a Rs. 600-crore business house, has exclusive rights to import and distribute Sorini chocolates throug hout the country, says a release.

Sorini S.p.A., a well-known Italian brand since 1923, covers a vast range such as chocolate coins and chocolate pralines with fillings to tempt all taste buds, says the release.

Sorini chocolates are available in all leading stores in northern, western and central India. Jindal Dyechem has brought in seven assortments of different kinds of chocolates from Sorini's stable. Gilda, Violetta, Cuore Maxi, Color, Rio, Bolero and Carme n. The brands currently on offer are available in beautifully designed gift packs weighing 140-250 g and MRP ranges from Rs. 170 to 300, depending on the brands and packs, adds the release. -- Our Bureau
