Our Bureau

MUMBAI, Sept. 18

IDBI has raised its minimum term lending rate (MTLR) by 0.50 percentage point to 13 per cent, effective September 18. However, the minimum short-term lending rates (MSTLR) have been kept unchanged at 12.5 per cent.

In a statement issued today, IDBI said, ``Interest rates on individual loans would be fixed within a band of 3.5 per cent over MTLR and MSTLR depending on the risk perception, tenure and purpose of the loans.''
