UK coal team coming

NEW DELHI, Sept. 18

A high-level UK trade mission on `Cleaner Coal Technologies' would be touring India looking for opportunities to introduce new and environmentally clean technologies from the UK for clean and efficient use of coal.

The mission would tour India from September 19 to 27, holding seminars, meetings and visits in New Delhi, Calcutta and Chennai.

On the mission would be eleven delegates from nine UK companies: Alstom Power Plc, Clde Blowers Ltd, Dargo Associates Ltd, Kvaerner Engineering & Construction UK Ltd, Mitsui Babcock Energy Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, Weir Pumps Ltd, Wardell Armstrong , and Dirk European Holdings Ltd.
