Hero Honda in top-10 list of Review 200

NEW DELHI, Dec. 24

HERO Honda Motors Ltd (HHML), one of the country's largest two-wheeler manufacturers and market leader in motorcycles, has been ranked ninth for `outstanding overall performance' among the top-10 companies from India in this year's Review 200: Asia 's Leading Companies Survey.

HHML is also ranked number three in `High quality services and products' and number five for being `innovative in responding to customer needs'.

The `Review 200' is a regular annual survey by the Far Eastern Economic Review, that asks subscribers to rank more than 500 companies from the perspective of corporate leadership. The Review 200 companies are the top achievers, composed of 110 Asia-based companies and 90 multinational companies that do business in the region.

The parameters for judgement cover several categories including services and products, customer services, long-term vision, financial soundness and companies that others try to emulate. The Review 200 survey was conducted in association with AT&T and Con cert, and was managed by ACNielsen.
