Stephen Hawking wheels into Mumbai
IN his wheeled-computerised divan, Stephen Hawking looked like a wounded, spectacled sparrow -- with an alert brain strumming the strings of an imaginary Universe. The neck hung limply to his right while blue-green eyes and a big mouth gave out a wry smi le to the camera corps shooting away like mad.



Partners in begging
While the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad are being spruced up for the `Partnership Summit' beginning January 9, two boys smeared with aluminium paint and dressed like Mahatma Gandhi go around begging on the streets. At the end of the day, they share the collection equally between them.
