Compaq ties up with QSupport

NEW DELHI: Compaq Computer India has tied up with QSupport Technologies to provide online service and support to the home PC users.

QSupport Technologies offers online support services to users of PCs, popular PC applications, PDAs, intelligent wired and wireless-enabled devices and other devices in the computing arena.

Compaq said in a statement that its Presario users can now seek answers to all the PC usage and inter-operability queries round the clock from qualified QSupport from technical experts.

PC users can send their queries through e-mail to mypresariohelpline@compaq.com, the statement added. -- Our Bureau
