E.A.S. Sharma made ASCI Principal

HYDERABAD: Mr E.A.S. Sharma, former Secretary, Economic Affairs, will be the new Principal of the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He will assume charge on March 1.

Mr Sharma recently resigned from the Indian Administrative Service. The present Principal, Mr T.L. Shanker, will continue to be associated with ASCI till he completes his on-going projects, mostly pertaining to the power sector, according to ASCI sources . -Our Bureau
