Workshop on heavy metal recovery

CHENNAI, May 27
THE United States-Asia Environmental Partnership (USAEP) will be organising a one-day workshop on May 30 on the subject of heavy metal recovery from industrial waste water.
According to a US Consulate press release, the workshop will discuss a special American technology called `Humasorb' developed by a company called Artech Inc.
It will also discuss results from demonstrations and applications carried out with industrial waste streams from Tamil Nadu.
