Addressing a seminar on `Digital signatures _ Computer security', organised by Assocham here, Mr Vittal said that systems must be evolved to reduce in-house breach of security to the minimum.
He pointed out that technology not only creates opportunities for frauds but also provides the strength to create frauds. Mr Vittal felt that certified fraud examiners have a role to play in ensuring that an effective culture of alertness and security co
