NSE to suspend trading in DSQ Soft

MUMBAI: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has said it will suspend trading in the shares of DSQ Software Ltd from July 27 for non-compliance with the provisions of the listing agreement executed with the exchange.

According to NSE, a show-cause notice was sent to the company but ``the company has failed to provide a satisfactory response to the notice. In view of this, the exchange has decided to suspend trading in the shares of the company until satisfactory comp liance with the provisions of the listing agreement''-- Our Bureau
