Coromandel Fertilisers net profit at Rs 5.67 crore
HYDERABAD: Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has posted a turnover of Rs 81.30 crore and a net profit of Rs 5.67 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2001, against a turnover of Rs 85.72 crore and a profit of Rs 6.62 crore registered in the same period the p
revious year.
According to the unaudited financial results, the company has incurred an expenditure of Rs 64.73 crore and provided Rs 5.6 crore towards interest charges, Rs 4.02 crore for depreciation and Rs 2.2 crore for taxation.
Other income stood at Rs 92 lakh. The earnings per share of Rs 10 stood at Rs 2.91 (Rs 3.4) during the first quarter of the current fiscal. -- Our Bureau
