Global Tele renamed GTL
MUMBAI: Global Tele-Systems Ltd today said it has changed its name to GTL Ltd.
The company said it was consolidating its corporate brand across the spectrum of services it offered following the merger of Global Tele-Systems Ltd and Global Electronic Commerce Services Ltd (GECS) and the subsequent acquisition of Thermax Systems & So
ftware Ltd and Fine InfoTech Ltd.
The first step was a change in name, the company's press release said.
``The brand name GTL is strongly established in the corporate and institutional market place and many of our clients world-wide use GTL,'' the release said. -- Our Bureau
