Dumping duty on phosphoric acid

NEW DELHI, Sept. 17

THE Finance Ministry has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on all imports of phosphoric acid (technical grade) from China.

Based on the recommendations of the Designated Authority in the Commerce Ministry in its final findings, the Revenue Department has now imposed a definitive anti-dumping of $121 per tonne.

The anti-dumping duty will be imposed on phosphoric acid having purity level of 85 per cent or above by mass and arsenic content not exceeding 15 parts per million.
