P.S. Bhatnagar joins Indo Rama board

NEW DELHI, Oct. 29
INDO Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd (IRSL) has inducted Mr P.S. Bhatnagar, hitherto an advisor to IRSL's management, as a member of the board of directors of the company. His induction was approved at a meeting of the company's board here.
``Mr Bhatnagar will be a non-executive director of the company,'' Mr O.P. Lohia, Managing Director, told Business Line here. Before Mr Bhatnagar's induction, IRSL's board comprised nine directors, the majority of whom are non-executive directors.
