International meet on wheat

HYDERABAD: An international conference on wheat and wheat products, being organised by the Wheat Products Promotion Society, New Delhi would be held in Hyderabad during October 27-28.

The conference to be inaugurated by the Union Minister for Food, Mr Sharad Yadav, will have participants from Canada, Germany, Australia, Italy, Spain, US and leading speakers from the country. The topic is challenges that lie ahead for wheat and wheat products.

The Roller Flour Mills Association of Andhra Pradesh, the All India Bread Manufacturers, Society of Indian Bakers and US Wheat Associates are sponsoring the seminar, according to a release.
