LIC ties up with Geojit Securities

KOCHI: The Ernakulam division of the Life Insurance Corporation has tied up with Geojit Securities Pvt Ltd for marketing life insurance products through its outlets.

The financial consultants of Geojit have passed the IRDA test. This covers all Kerala divisions, Coimbatore and Chennai. Mr C.J. George, Managing Director of Geojit Securities, and Mr M.R. Kumar, Senior Divsional Manager of LIC, hoped that the tie-up would help in further diversifying their businesses of insurance to more than one lakh customers of Geojit.
