MUMBAI: The board of directors of CyberTech Systems & Software Ltd will meet on August 19 to review the operations, discuss business plans and consider restructuring of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, CyberTech Europe (CTE), along with its downstream subsidiaries in Belgium, France and the UK.
