Vascon Engineers files DHRP with SEBI

NEW DELHI: Pune-based Vascon Engineers Ltd has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DHRP) with market regulator SEBI to raise funds from the public.

“We are awaiting SEBI's approval to list 1.08 crore equity shares,” Vascon Engineers Managing Director, Mr R Vasudevan said.

The issue would constitute 11.95 per cent of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. The company, engaged in construction of IT parks, malls and residential and commercial buildings, has an order book of Rs 3,378 crore.

It is currently executing 8.75 lakh sq ft IT park in Gurgaon. It is also developing a multi-level car parking for the Delhi Airport at a cost of Rs 248 crore, apart from other projects. – PTI
