Power Grid in JV with Reliance Energy

MUMBAI: State-run Power Grid Corp of India Ltd said on Friday it has entered into a joint venture with Reliance Energy Ltd.

The joint venture, in which Power Grid will hold 26 per cent and Reliance the remainder, will set up 300 kms (186.4 miles) of transmission lines.
