PowerPoint trouble
T. Asokan
I am using a P733, 128 MB, 20 GB multimedia PC with 32 MB Graphic Card and Separate sound card. My system is loaded with Win 98 and Word 2000.
Recently I installed some PowerPoint presentations by means of a CD. Since then, whenever I open my system, a programme Folder appears on the screen (Containing Commdlg, Program, Merge, Filters, Install.exe, Custdlg, Install, Copy of Paste up, Paste up, Set up etc) immediately after booting is over. I need to close it every time before beginning any other work. All my efforts to make it disappear have been in vain and so I keep it minimised. But I have to close the window if I want it to disappear from the status bar. Please suggest a solution to my problem.

To remove this, please look up the StartUp folder in Windows. This folder contains lists of all the programs that execute during the start-up of Windows. You can delete the unwanted files from here.
