Wipro CP gets A1+ rating
ICRA has reaffirmed the A1+ rating assigned to the Rs. 100-crore commercial paper programme of Wipro Ltd.
The rating factors in the strong expertise of the company in emerging technologies such as e-commerce, telecom software and embedded software, which are expected to drive Wipro's sales and profits in future. The agency has also stated that the company's profitability is not expected to be affected on account of expected improvement in margins in the system integration and service business.
