US visa appointments
Applicants to the US can now make appointments for visa interviews beginning November 1. This system will enable applicants bypass the visa line and proceed to their interviews without delay.
Applicants can make appointments three months in advance. Appointments can be made at www.ttvisas.com. Non-immigrant (business, tourist, student, exchange visitors, H1B) applicants must access the New Delhi portion of site and follow directions or email to delhitts@now-india.net.in. Appointments must be kept to ensure smooth functioning of the system. The US embassy also expects to move to such a system for all non-immigrant visas applicants in the near future. - BL Research Bureau
