'Will' to fight is remedy to breast cancer:Jeannie Mulford
New Delhi (PTI): Giving a message to patients to "fight boldly" against breast cancer, Jeannie Mulford, wife of American Ambassador to India David Mulford, on Sunday narrated her survival story against the disease at a seminar here.
While inaugurating a seminar-Adjuvant Therapy of Breast Cancer, organised by Ganga Ram hospital's department of Oncology, Jeannie said "....the remedy is a 'strong will' to fight the breast cancer."
Urging women to be courageous and strong to face the situation, she said "There should not be a stigma and taboo associated with the disease," and added "all women must get regular check-ups done to check breast cancer. An early detection and awareness can save life," she added.
