Installed on a 3000 square feet of rented land in the heart of the city, the homestay would have five suites and four of them would be named after Sunil Gavaskar, Sir Richard Hadlee, Dennis Lilee, Sir Vivian Richards.

One would be named as 'Legend suite'.

It will also have four suites named after Ranjit Singh, Sir Gary Sobers, Sir Donald Bradman and Sir Colin Cowdrey.

Rare photographs, paintings and other memorabilias like a print of Yusuf Arakkal's painting on Anil Kumble, a shirt with the signature of Hanse Cronje, prints of Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid will also be on display.

A souvenior shop with cricket accessories, a Coffee shop called 'Silly Point' and a boutique called 'Dressing Room', will share the space at the Homestay.

"This is my second homestay, the first one was launched at Bangalore last year," Mahendra said.

The homestay will also have murals of Tendulkar, Kumble and Gavaskar adoring the compound walls.

"Similar homestays are being planned at Chennai, Hyderabad and Coimbatore," Mahendra added.
