An image of a role-model elder sibling is to be projected as this is what is looked for.

A respect for authority is appreciated but subservience is frowned upon!

Past participation in adventure sports is an advantage.

Clear speech and straightforward outlook improve chances of success.

Multi-tasking was invented by public schools! You need to be masters' of all trades, not just of one!

Display your inherent sense of fair play and justice. Honesty and the core values are highly appreciated.
