Nagma plays mother

NAGMA, WHO once dominated Tamil cinema, has decided to play mother to Aarthi Agarwal in the Telugu film, Allari Ramudu. Nagma, the elder sister of Jyothika, is in her early thirties and has been keeping a low profile after her escapades with the Indian Cricket Captain. She tried to make a comeback in Tamil films through Citizen, where she had a tailor-made role but when the film was released, her character mysteriously disappeared' after the interval!

Fed up with offers to do item numbers in Tamil and Hindi films, Nagma says she has a meaty role in Allari Ramudu. The hero is Junior NTR. She plays his mother-in-law, who is a shrew. The story is about how the hero tames her.

However, Nagma had only one condition{hellip} she will not dye her hair to do this role. And she has made it clear that she will not continue with mother roles. Meanwhile, Allari Ramudu has created quite a buzz in the trade, as Junior's last film, Aadhi, was a mega hit.
