Pak. national held for overstaying

RAJGARH, JAN. 4. A Pakistani national was arrested from Pachore, about 55 kms from here today, for staying in India without valid papers.

The District Superintendent of Police, Mr. Vipin Maheshwari, told PTI that Mohammed Naeem Khan had been staying in Pachore for the last several years.

Khan had come to India in 1982 and on the expiry of his visa, settled in Pachore instead of returning to Pakistan.

He was arrested under Section 14 of the Foreigners' Act, Mr. Vipin said.
