NEW DELHI, JAN. 31. The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition
from Mr. Jaisingh Wadhu Singh, absconding Mumbai judge
(petitioner) seeking ``anticipatory bail'' and quashing a ``FIR''
linking him allegedly with the underworld don, Chota Shakeel, to
recover some huge amounts due to him in return for certain
favours in his official capacity to the don.The Bench, comprising
Mr. Justice S. P. Bharucha, Mr. Justice S. S. M. Quadri and Mrs.
Justice Ruma Pal, said the apex court would not consider any
issue which had not been raised before the Bombay High Court.
