Govt. chooses Venkatachaliah

NEW DELHI, FEB. 2. The Government today decided to appoint the former Chief Justice of India, Mr. M. N. Venkatachaliah, as the chairman of the National Commission to review the Constitution.

``We have decided to appoint justice Venkatachaliah as the chairman of the national commission to review the constitution,'' the Union Law Minister, Mr. Ram Jethmalani, said today.
