A different point of view

Educational institutions are indeed true places of learning. Learning is a continuous process. We learn something right from the time we are born to the time we die. The best time for learning is school time. Ask sanyone who has crossed this stage this question - what has been the most enjoyable part of your life? The answer will be "school".

School has always been the place for imparting knowledge. But along with it, don't you think we students have a lot of fun, entertainment and adventure? School is the only place where most of us spend almost all of our time. This is a reason why we call school our "second home". But still, there are many of us who hate school - because we get lots of homework, have to take tests and get punished for being naughty.

But let us look at school from a different point of view.

School is the only place where our parents do not mind our meeting our friends, irrespective of whether we enjoy their company or learn or fight with them. They know you are a different person at school - a gentle, kind and obedient one.

Every subject that you study in school has its own characteristic charm.

English, Hindi and various other subjects are stories in different styles. Mathematics has a lot of puzzles to be solved. Every lesson of science takes you deeper into the mysterious and modern world of science. History lets you explore past civilisations and cultures. Geography teaches you many facts. Civics and economics help you keep you in touch with a country's politics and governance. Thus, the more the subjects, the more the fun. Why not look at studies from this point of view and make sure that school life is an enjoyable experience? Take school life to be a video game. As you succeed in one stage you go to the next stage with points and bonuses. So play on and all the very best as you move from one stage to another!
