Christian body seeks protection
AHMEDABAD, MARCH 12. The United Christian Association (UCA) has
sought protection to the community alleging that a group of
Bajrang Dal activists barged into a prayer meeting in Odhav area
here on Tuesday last and disturbed it.
In a memorandum to the Gujarat Governor, Mr. S. S. Bhandari,
today, the UCA alleged that the trespassers, who identified
themselves as from the Bajrang Dal, disturbed the meeting, by
slapping a few of those who were there and also snatched copies
of Bible before leaving.
