Three arrested for gangrape, murder
RANCHI, MARCH 20. Police have arrested three persons for their
alleged involvement in the gangrape and subsequent murder of a
17-year-old girl student here, police said today.
Acting on a tip off, police arrested the three from Sukhdevnagar
area in the city yesterday, they said. A fourth suspect, however,
managed to escape.The arrested have confessed to involvement in
the incident, which occurred on March 11, they said.
